Divinum Updates Hub

Launch-week patches, bug workarounds, and what the solo dev promised next.

Updates Hub for Launch

Divinum’s news cycle is small and official. Sigil Games is a solo-developed Steam campaign, not a live-ops calendar. This hub collects what actually shipped on 28 August 2026, which demo patches still matter, and what the developer said they would do after launch. Child pages: launch notes and the post-release roadmap. As of 29 August 2026 the Steam news hub still showed only the launch-day post — no numbered 1.0.x patch notes yet.

If you need mechanics, leave this hub and open guides or builds. If you clipped through a wall, stay.

What “updated” means here

We track:

  • Store-page facts that affect buyers (price, platforms, Deck badge, languages).
  • Steam news posts from the developer.
  • Player-visible bugs that change how you should play tonight.
  • Balance promises that will move our tier lists.

We do not track rumour. Consoles remain a later-platform note on divinumgame.com — that is not a shipped SKU.

Launch snapshot

  • Platforms: Windows and macOS on Steam. Linux is not listed.
  • Mode: Single-player. Steam Cloud, 45 achievements, family sharing.
  • Price: $14.99 list, with a short introductory −10% offer running into mid-September 2026 (store showed $13.49; offer text named 11 September).
  • Demo: Still available on the store page. Split explained on demo vs full.
  • Reviews: Positive — 97% of 45 user reviews on a launch-week store snapshot. Sample is small.
  • Steam Deck: Verified.
  • Combat identity: Unchanged from the decade-long pitch — juggle, two weapons, Runes with trade-offs.

Read the full checklist on launch notes. Use system requirements if the snapshot stutters.

Demo history that still matters

The 0.39.1 demo (Steam Next Fest window) added quality-of-life that is now part of the shipped language: dedicated map button, combo counter, Sanctite magnet, shard counts on the rune menu, a roomier shop, a wider normal block with an empty-mana stun penalty, and the grounded alternate uppercut. If a 2025 video complains about missing those, it is outdated. The getting started page assumes they exist.

Playtests before the demo were public for a limited time on Windows and macOS. They are historical. Do not use playtest HP numbers.

How to read a new patch

  1. Did it fix collision? Update your personal workaround and our launch notes.
  2. Did it touch mana, block, or Fury? Revisit combat combos and skills.
  3. Did it touch Runes or skills? Revisit tier lists.
  4. Did it add challenge content? That is the roadmap delivering.

When in doubt, play the game, then come back. Launch week is for review context and bug lists, not for pretending we have year-two patch notes.
